Shipping Information

This shipping information applies to OddBall Swag purchased through the OddBall Shop. Merchandise is made to order and fulfilled through Printify's Pop-Up Store service.
Order processing
Because products are made to order, please allow approximately 2–7 business days for production and handling before shipment.
Delivery
After an order ships, estimated transit time is approximately 2–5 business days for U.S. orders. Actual delivery times can vary by product, fulfillment location, destination, carrier, holidays, and other conditions outside our control.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are shown during checkout in the OddBall Shop before you complete your purchase. The checkout amount is the applicable shipping charge for your specific order.
Tracking and delivery issues
When tracking is available, it will be provided with your order information. If an order is damaged, defective, incorrect, lost, or has another delivery problem, please follow the support instructions included with your order or contact OddBall Studios at oddballapps@gmail.com.
